Oylum Tagmac is an internationally experienced channel leader who creates high performing channel teams to unlock new levels of value creation for customers together with partners in a sustainable fashion.
With the fast-changing world we live in, she defines her job as an accelerator to work with her partners as part of an ecosystem to solve the toughest data challenges for the customers.
Prior to her current role, she was the Head of EMEA GTM, Manufacturing Practice for Hitachi Vantara in EMEA. She worked with her customers and partners across the region to deliver business outcomes leveraging their data while improving the society as a whole by providing social, environmental and economic value.
Before joining Hitachi Vantara, Oylum was the General Manager for Telecom industry vertical at Dell (EMC). She was responsible for the developing Dell EMC’s overall vertical strategy, solutions development and marketing programs. She established a successful holistic approach across product, sales, marketing, service, and support which allowed to gain maximum leverage across the multiple facets of Dell EMC.
She gained her Master of Science in Communications and Signal Processing from Imperial College, London and Executive MBA from Isik University, Istanbul. She is a strong advocate of diversity in workplace and works with women in technology to give them the confidence to make a difference.
